Deadlines and fees
- File within 14 days of the confirmation date, at least every 12 months.
- Identity verification became mandatory on 18 November 2025, with a transition period ending in November 2026.
- £50 online or £110 on paper for the first statement each year.
Key points
- LL CS01 can’t update officers, PSCs, the registered office or SAIL details.
- Authenticate by entering the printed name of a designated member.
- Part 1 is only needed for LLPs incorporated before 4 March 2024 filing their first statement after that date, or for restorations. Use EM01 to change an existing email address.
- Part 2 gives identity details for members not already verified.
