Deadlines
- AD01: the change takes effect only once the Registrar registers the notice.
- AD05: a copy of the special resolution must reach the Registrar within 15 days of being passed.
Key points
- AD01 can’t be used for an LLP (use LL AD01).
- The address must be in the part of the UK where the company was registered, and so must a SAIL.
- AD03 must be filed with AD02 if not filed before, and AD04 with AD03.

Does a registered office change apply as soon as the form is filed?
No. It takes effect once the Registrar has registered the notice.
